The purpose of GiA driving is to provide high quality driver education tailored to our customer’s individual needs, in combination with professional customer service.
I will distinguish myself from our competitors by providing quality driver education and professional customer service.

I will endeavour to arrive at your appointed lesson on time, in the event this is not possible I will contact the pupil direct, and offer an apology. If we start late I will ensure the time is made up.

I will provide one-to-one tuition and will not car share.

I will offer an interactive recap of the previous lesson to set a base-line for tuition.
​​
I will state firm aims and objectives for the current lesson, so the pupil is in no doubt as to the purpose of the lesson and what they are trying to achieve at the session.

I offer an App free of charge so that the pupil can monitor there own performance, also giving an appraisee of each lesson plus much more.
​
I will teach in a non-confrontational manner.
​
I will interactively summarize the lesson so the pupil is fully aware of their strengths and weaknesses and whether the objective was achieved.
​
I will offer feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development.
​
I will endeavor to reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible.
​
I will keep their tuition vehicle in a reasonably clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of the driving school.
​
I will ensure that customers receive a copy of our terms and conditions and current lesson prices.

Within the Terms and Conditions your permission is requested to allow us to use your picture and any write up about "GiA driving" that you provide, on our website/ Facebook/ Instagram. Your permission can be withdrawn at any time.
